Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the West Side of the 600 Block of S. 94 Pl., from 120 Ft. North of W. Schlinger Ave. to 238 Ft. North of W. Schlinger Ave.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  S. 94 Pl.

Block:  600 Block, from 120 ft. North of W. Schlinger Ave. to 238 ft. North of W. Schlinger Ave.

Side:  West

Restriction:  No Parking 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
