Rogers St., and Fire Station No. 2 from S. 67th Pl. to 300' east of S. 67th Pl. and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2005 Project No. 10.

WHEREAS, M J Construction, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
M J Construction, Inc. - 2005 Project No. 10
for water main construction, including water main service construction, water service abandonment and pavement replacement in Easement 147' south of W. Rogers St., and Fire Station #2 from S. 67th Pl. to 300' east of S. 67th Pl.
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
