Resolution to approve Facade Demonstration Project Contract by and between the City of West Allis and Brian C. Cass, Managing Member, O.H.M. Ltd. Partnership, for the property at 7418-20 W. Greenfield Ave. in the sum of $4,200.

Body

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Facade Demonstration Project Contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Development, or his designee, be and is hereby authorized to execute and deliver the aforesaid Contract on behalf of the City.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of Four Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($4,200) be and is hereby appropriated from the Community Development Block Grant Funds to pay the liability that will be incurred under the aforesaid Contract by the City of West Allis.
