Title

Resolution approving the 2006 Addendum to the 2004-2005 Paramedic Services Agreement between the City of West Allis and Milwaukee County.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis in Resolution No. 2004-0011, dated January 20, 2004, approved a two-year agreement with Milwaukee County for paramedic services for 2004 and 2005; and,

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis in Resolution No. 2005-0157, dated May 6, 2005, approved an addendum to that agreement; and,

WHEREAS, this new 2006 Addendum to the 2004-2005 agreement provides for five (5) items as specified in the attached Addendum.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the attached 2006 Addendum to the 2004-2005 Paramedic Services Agreement be and is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Addendum on behalf of the City.
