Resolution to rescind Resolution No. R-2003-0241 and to approve the Certified Survey Map submitted by L.I.S. on behalf of the West Allis Community Development Authority for property located at the southeast corner of S. 65 St. and W. Greenfield Ave.

WHEREAS, on September 2, 2003, Resolution No. R-2003-0241 was adopted by the Common Council of the City of West Allis approving a Certified Survey Map submitted by L.I.S. on behalf of General Capital Group for property located at the southeast corner of S. 65 St. and W. Greenfield Ave.

 

WHEREAS, L.I.S. submitted a request on behalf of West Allis Community Development Authority for a Certified Survey Map for property located at the southeast corner of S. 65 St. and W. Greenfield Ave.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. R-2003-0241 adopted by the Common Council of the City of West Allis be rescinded pursuant to the request of the developer of the site as they do not own the property at this time and have asked that the Community Development Authority be named as owner of this site, and the aforesaid Certified Survey Map be and is hereby placed on file.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Certified Survey Map being a redivision of Lots 1 through 10 in Block 1 in C.A. Maynard & Agnew's Subdivision No. 3 and Lots 7 through 11 in Block 1 in Kenneth Heights Subdivision, all part of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 3, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, is hereby approved.
