Resolution approving the transfer of $28,000 from the City's Contingency Fund to the Department of Building Inspection & Zoning's budget for the additional funds needed to remodel its office.
Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Building Inspection & Zoning has been upgrading the technology and records filing systems in its office for several years; and,
WHEREAS, the office is now in need of remodeling to complete the implementation of this project; and,
WHEREAS, additional funds are needed to do the remodeling work; and,
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of West Allis, at its meeting on November 5, 2008, approved the funding plan for said project, including the transfer of the additional funding needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that $28,000 is hereby approved for transfer from the City's Contingency Fund to the Department of Building Inspection & Zoning's budget for the additional funds needed for that office's remodeling.
