Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to sign a quotation from Environmental Systems, Inc. for software upgrades and installation of a network controller at Fire Station #3 in an amount not to exceed $4,900.
Body
Whereas, Environmental Systems, Inc. is the provider of the HVAC control systems at Fire Stations #1, #2 #3 and the Administration building; and,
Whereas, the current HVAC control system in Station #3 does not work, leaving the building without a properly working HVAC system; and,
Whereas, appropriate staff in the Division of Building and Sign/Inventory Services have reviewed and recommended the quotation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that up to $4,900 is hereby approved to be funded though the appropriate Public Works/Engineering Department account.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Director of Public Works/City Engineer be and is hereby authorized to purchase from Environmental Systems, Inc. a network controller, software upgrades and license.
