Resolution to Approve Further Continuation of Funding for Special Counsel Costs and Disbursements to Assist the City of West Allis in Labor Negotiations/Mediation/Arbitration.

WHEREAS, the Common Council by Resolution No. 27173, adopted September 3, 2002, authorized the City Attorney to retain Special Counsel to assist the City of West Allis in labor negotiations/mediation/arbitration; and,
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has requested additional funds in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to pay costs and disbursements of Special Counsel be applied to Purchase Order No. 900115 through December 31, 2003; and,
WHEREAS, the aforesaid services are inappropriate for bid or proposal selection due to the nature of the services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that addition funding of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to Purchase Order No. 900115 through December 31, 2003, be and is hereby approved.
