Title

An Ordinance to Amend Subsection 10.11(2)(a) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code to Remove South 116^th Street from West Lincoln Avenue to West Rogers Street from List of Emergency Thoroughfares During Snowstorms.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Subsection 10.11(2)(a) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis shall be amended to remove "South 116^th Street from West Lincoln Avenue to South Curtis Road and to replace it with: "South 116^th Street from Rogers Street to South Curtis Road."

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby amended.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
