Title

Resolution relative to accepting the contract between the City of West Allis Cable Communications Office and ZOLL Medical Corporation ("ZOLL") for the rights to purchase and use visual materials recorded by the Cable Communications Office for the amount of $300.

Body

WHEREAS, the Office of Cable Communications is recording visual materials for a video on the Fire Department's Mobile Home Health Care program; and

WHEREAS, ZOLL's EMS mobile healthcare product is being shown in said video; and

WHEREAS, ZOLL wants to purchase the rights to use said visual materials for their own promotional purposes to fire departments and other EMS services.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the contract dated March 2, 2015, which grants ZOLL the rights to purchase and use visual materials recorded by the Cable Communications Office for the amount of $300, be and is hereby accepted.
