Title

An Ordinance to Amend Subsection 9.02(4)(c)6 of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Right to Premises, Floor Plan, and Plan of Operation.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Subsection 9.02(4)(c)6 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

9.02  Alcoholic Beverages.

(4)  Right to Premises, Floor Plan, and Plan of Operation.

(c)  Plan of Operation.

6.  For applications for premises in locations that have not been licensed previously or within the past year under Section 9.02, whether the premises is less than 300 feet from any school, hospital, or church, pursuant to Section 9.02(3m)(c)1 and Wisconsin Statute Section 125.68(3).

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
