An Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning the southern portion of a split zoned property located at 8531 W. Lincoln Ave.

(Krueger Dental office) from RB-2 Residence District to C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District (Tax Key No. 487-0031-001).

 

Body

 

PART I.  The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from RB-2 Residence District to C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District, to-wit:

 

A tract of land being located in the Northwest ¼ of Section 9, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, describes as follows:

 

Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Lot 3 in Block 1 of the Galkowski's Subdivision; thence Easterly, 107.65 feet; thence Southerly, 50.00 feet; thence Westerly, 129.75 feet, to the east line of Certified Survey Map No. 2012; thence Northerly, 50.00 feet, along said east line; thence Easterly, 21.92 feet, to the Point of Beginning.

 

Said land being located at 8531 W. Lincoln Ave.  (Tax Key No. 487-0031-001)

 

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

 

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
