Title

A Resolution to delete City of West Allis Policies and Procedures Manual Policy No. 1408 “Filling Non-Permanent Positions”.

 

Body

WHEREAS, Policy No. 1408 set forth rules and procedures on Filling Non-Permanent Positions; and

 

WHEREAS, when the Transition Team updated Policies 1402 and 1110 to include such rules and procedures, Policy 1408 was inadvertently not deleted during the adoption of the Transition Team’s recommendations; and

 

WHEREAS, it is recommended that Policy No. 1408 be deleted from the City of West Allis Policies and Procedures Manual.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Policy No. 1408 be deleted from the City of West Allis Policies and Procedures Manual.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator will notify all departments, divisions and offices of said deletion.
