WHEREAS, Lawson Rennie, The Redmond Company, submitted a Certified Survey Map for proposed consolidation of two parcels to accommodate construction of PyraMax Bank with a drive-thru lane, to be located at 8001 W. National Ave.  (Tax Key Nos. 452-0523-000 and 452-0522-000)

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, Wisconsin, that the Certified Survey Map of a parcel of land in part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 4, Township,  6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin be and the same is hereby adopted.
