Resolution to rescind Resolution No. R-2006-0019 and to approve the Certified Survey Map submitted by Helmut Toldt of Toldt Development Inc., for property located between S. 65 St. and S. 66 St. from W. Greenfield Ave. to W. National Ave.

WHEREAS, on February 7, 2006, Resolution No. R-2006-0019 was adopted by the Common Council of the City of West Allis approving a Certified Survey Map submitted by Helmut Toldt of Toldt Development Inc., for property located between S. 65 St. and S. 66 St. from W. Greenfield Ave. to W. National Ave.
WHEREAS, Helmut Toldt, Toldt Development Inc., requests an amended Certified Survey Map that proposes three (3) lots for the land located between S. 65 St. and S. 66 St. from W. Greenfield Ave. to W. National Ave., as well as dedicating 11' along the southern boundary of the site between S.65 St. and S. 66 St. (along the north side of W. National Ave.) to the City of West Allis for street and highway purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. R-2006-0019 adopted by the Common Council of the City of West Allis be rescinded pursuant to the request of the developer of the site, and the aforesaid Certified Survey Map be and is hereby placed on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Certified Survey Map of a parcel of land in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 3, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin as well as dedicating 11' along the southern boundary of the site between S.65 St. and S. 66 St. (along the north side of W. National Ave.) to the City of West Allis for street and highway purposes be and the same is hereby adopted.
