WHEREAS, the Downtown West Allis Business Improvement District plan to celebrate

West Allis . . . Third Thursday Art Crawls that will include art, strolling musicians, offer specials, sales, and refreshments.

WHEREAS, West Allis . . . Third Thursday Art Crawls is scheduled for May 2013 through September 2013 between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., on W. Greenfield Ave. from S. 70 St. to S. 76 St.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of West Allis declares West Allis . . . Third Thursday Art Crawls as a community event and permits the possession and consumption of fermented malt beverages on City streets within the Business Improvement District boundaries on the third Thursdays of May 2013 through September 2013 between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
