Resolution accepting work of Payne & Dolan, Inc. for the installation of new concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, new concrete driveways, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main, building services and utility adjustments in various locations in West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2007 Project No. 13.

WHEREAS, Payne & Dolan, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
Payne & Dolan, Inc. - 2007 Project No. 13
for the installation of new concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, new concrete driveways, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main, building services and utility adjustments in:
W. Mitchell Street from S. 106th Street to S. 108th Street
S. 106th Street from W. Mitchell Street to Dead End South
W. Lapham Street from S. 108th Street to 235' West of S. 108th Street
Fire Station #3 at 10830 West Lapham Street
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
