Title

An Ordinance to amend Section 2.54(2) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code relative to changing the membership of the City's Legislative Committee.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Section 2.54(2) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is hereby repealed and recreated as follows:

2.54                     * * *

(2)                     How Constituted.

The Committee shall consist of five (5) members as follows:

(a)                     The Mayor, who shall serve as Chair.

(b)                     The President of the Common Council, or designee, who shall serve as Vice Chair.

(c)                     The City Administrative Officer, Clerk/Treasurer.

(d)                     The City Attorney.

(e)                     The Manager of Finance/Comptroller.

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
