WHEREAS, LaLonde Contractors, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

LaLonde Contractors, Inc.- 2014 Project No. 8

for the removal and reconstruction of the concrete alley pavement, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, utility adjustments and storm underdrain:

East/West alley between S. 74^th St. and S. 75^th St.: W. Greenfield Ave. to Orchard St.

North/South and East/West alley between S. 87^th St. and S. 88^th St.: W. National Ave. to W. Becher St.

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
