Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning 57** W. Beloit Rd. (Tax Key No. 455-0044-000) from C-2 Community Commercial District to P-1 Park District.

PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District to P-1 Park District.
A tract of land located in the Northeast ΒΌ of Section 2, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 5 in Block 4 of the McGeoch Farm Subdivision No. 1; thence Southeasterly, 33.00 feet, at right angle to the centerline of West Beloit Road; thence Southwesterly, 132.55 feet, along the said centerline of West Beloit Road to the centerline of West Burnham Street; thence Westerly, 30.09 feet, to the centerline of South 58th Street; thence Northerly, 197.68 feet, along the said centerline of the South 58th Street; thence Easterly, 30.00 feet at right angle, to the East right-of-way line of South 58th Street and Northwest corner of said Lot 5; thence 113.38 feet along the Northeasterly property line to the Point of Beginning.
Said land contains 0.3589 Acres, more or less. Said land including parts of City right-of-way.
Said land located at 57** West Beloit Road from C-2 Community Commercial District to P-1 Park District.
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
