WHEREAS, National Power Rodding Corp. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

National Power Rodding Corp. - 2010 Project No. 5

for the cleaning and closed circuit TV inspection of storm sewers in:

W. Becher St. from S. 108^th St. to S. 111^th St.

W. Grant St. from S. 108^th St. to Approx. 100' West of S. 111^th St.

S. 109^th St. from W. Becher St. to W. Lincoln Ave.

S. 110^th St. from W. Becher St. to Approx. 150' South of W. Grant St.

S. 111^th St. from W. Becher St. to W. Lincoln Ave.

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
