Title

Resolution relative to accepting  the proposal of Graybar Electric Co., Inc. for  furnishing and delivering traffic signal poles for a total sum of $32,550.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a proposal for furnishing and delivering steel traffic signal poles for the Greenfield Avenue construction project, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Graybar Electric Co., Inc. be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated February 17, 2003 submitted by Graybar Electric Co., Inc. for furnishing and delivering twenty-one (21) 14' Holophane NY14ST/17-CIS/CS/BF traffic signal poles for a total net sum of $32,550.00 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order for the aforesaid material.
