Body

BE IT RESOLVED that the Notice of Hearing, a copy of which is attached hereto, for the vacation and discontinuance of a portion of the alley East of South 65^th Street between West Greenfield Avenue and West National Avenue, be published in the official City newspaper, the West Allis Star, on June 5, 2003, June 12, 2003 and June 19, 2003; that the Hearing be scheduled before the Common Council on July 1, 2003 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard; that a copy of the aforesaid Notice be served or mailed more than thirty (30) days prior to the Hearing in the manner prescribed by the law on the owners of all of the frontage of the lots and lands abutting upon the said portion of alley proposed to be discontinued.
