Title

An Ordinance to Repeal Parking Restrictions on the East Side of the 2100 Block, Except the North 200 Feet, of S. 74 St.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  S. 74 St.

Block:  2100, Except the North 200 Feet

Side:  East

Restriction:  Repeal No Parking, Stopping, Waiting, 7:30AM to 4:30PM, School Days

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
