Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on West Side of the S 65 Ft. of the 2000 Blk. of S. 85 St.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  S. 85 St.

Block:  The South 65 Feet of the 2000 Block

Side:  West

Restriction:  No Parking, No Stopping, No Standing, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM during School Days

PART II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
