Ordinance to amend Section 12.40(2) of the Revised Municipal Code to permit collocation/attachment of telecommunication equipment to existing structures within the Central Business District as a Special Use.

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
 
PART I.  Section 12.40(2) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby amended to read:
 
12.40 C-1 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.

(u)      Collocation/attachment of telecommunication equipment to existing structures.
 
PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby amended.
 
PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
