Title

Ordinance to amend Section 12.06 of the Revised Municipal Code to make various changes to the definitions section effecting clinic and mixed use.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     Section 12.06 of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby amended to read:

12.06                     Definitions

Clinic.                     A building designed and used for the diagnosis and treatment of human patients on an outpatient basis

Mixed Use.                     A development that consists of a combination of residential and commercial principal uses within a building or planned development.

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
