Title

An Ordinance to place a No Parking Zone on the west side of S. 106th Street from West Greenfield Avenue north to first driveway (Approximately 60 feet).

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

Part I. Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following no parking zone shall be placed:

No parking on the west side of 106th Street from Greenfield Avenue north to the first driveway (approximately 60 feet)

Part II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Part III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
