Title
Resolution to approve Memorandum of Understanding by and between The City of West Allis and the Governmental Agencies comprising the Milwaukee High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area for certain purchasing and fiscal agent services.
Body
WHEREAS, the governmental agencies comprising the Milwaukee High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) have requested the City of West Allis to provide certain purchasing and fiscal agent services; and,
 
WHEREAS, the Board of Police and Fire Commissioners of the City of West Allis has approved the provision of the aforesaid services and has recommended approval by the Common Council.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Memorandum of Understanding by and between the HIDTA and the City of West Allis, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and is hereby approved.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Memorandum on behalf of the City of West Allis.
