Title

An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. O-2008-0016 establishing the salary ranges of certain employees in the Executive Service, the Managerial Service, the Deputy Service, and the Confidential, Professional, and Supervisory Service of the City of West Allis for the years 2008-2010 (Director of Public Works/City Engineer).

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The Attachments to Parts II and III of Salary Ordinance No. O-2008-0016 (Attachments 2 and 3) shall be amended to add the following position to the Executive Service.

Director of Public Works/City Engineer - January 1, 2009-December 31, 2009

Beginning Bi-Weekly Rate (80%) - $3,368.80

Ending Bi-Weekly Rate (100%) - $4,211.20

Director of Public Works/City Engineer - January 1, 2010-December 31, 2010

Beginning Bi-Weekly Rate (80%) - $3,470.40

Ending Bi-Weekly Rate (100%) - $4,337.60

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
