Resolution to approve the agreement with Corridor Film LLC to provide use of Room 128 at City Hall, 7525 W. Greenfield Ave., on Saturday, March 7, 2020, from 3-10 pm

WHEREAS, Corridor has requested use of Room 128 to film a short scene of a Milwaukee-made feature film; and,

WHEREAS, this requested use does not qualify under various sections of Policy 2105, City Hall Meeting Rooms; and,

WHEREAS, Corridor’s use includes payment for staffing at City Hall and a Certificate of Insurance.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the attached agreement is approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to sign the agreement.
