Resolution relative to the selection of a developer and the proposed development for the property located between S. 63 St. and S. 64 St. on the north side of W. Greenfield Ave.
Body
WHEREAS, the Community Development Authority (“Authority”) of the City of West Allis has identified the property located between S. 63 St. and S. 64 St. on the north side of W. Greenfield Ave. as an opportunity for redevelopment consistent with the Six Points/Farmers Market Redevelopment; and,
WHEREAS, the Authority issued a request for proposals to solicit a condominium/mixed-use development; and,
WHEREAS, ______________________ has submitted a quality, mixed-use condominium project complimentary to the approved development project by Toldt Development, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that _________________________ is hereby designated as the developer for the property located between S. 63 St. and S. 64 St. on the north side of W. Greenfield Ave., subject to negotiation of a Purchase and Sale Agreement and Development Agreement acceptable to the Common Council and the City of West Allis.
