WHEREAS, Payne & Dolan, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

Payne & Dolan, Inc. - 2011 Project No. 11

for the asphalt resurfacing of the pavement including the cracking and seating of the pavement with miscellaneous driveway and sidewalk repair, water main relay, sanitary spot relay, storm sewer relay and utility adjustments in:

W. National Ave.: 120’ East of S. 82^nd St. to 365’ West of S. 84^th St.

S. 84^th St.: 75’ North of Maple St. to 155’ South of W. National Ave.

S. 77^th St.: W. Grant St. to W. Lincoln Ave.

S. 80^th St.: W. Grant St. to 700’ North of W. Grant St.

W. Oklahoma Ave. Service Drive: S. 72^nd St. to S. 74^th St.

S. 99^th St.: W. Cleveland Ave. to W. Oklahoma Ave

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
