Title

An Ordinance to Amend Subsections 9.02(21)(h) and (j) of the Revised Municipal Code Relating to the Fees for an Operator's License and a Temporary Operator's License

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Subsections 9.02(21)(h) and (j) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis are hereby amended to read:

9.02  ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

(21)  Fees.  The following fees for licenses shall be paid to the City Clerk/Treasurer prior to issuance of the license:

(h)  Operator's License . . . . . . . . . . . .  $90

(j)  Temporary Operator's License . . . $15

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, publication, and beginning with operator license applications submitted for the license year starting

July 1, 2009.
