Resolution to rescind a portion of Resolution No. R-2004-0125 relative to Certified Survey Map No. 7426, 6500 W. Washington St. (Standard Ductile and Grey) and to approve the revised Certified Survey Map submitted by Whitnall Summit and National Survey and Engineering on behalf of Standard Ductile and Grey relative to property located at 6500 W. Washington St. (Standard Ductile and Grey). The portion of Resolution No. R-2004-0125 relative to 6600 W. Washington St. (6600 Washington, LLC) is not affected.

WHEREAS, on April 5, 2004, Resolution No. R-2004-0125 was adopted by the Common Council of the City of West Allis approving a Certified Survey Map submitted by Whitnall Summit on behalf of 6600 Washington, LLC and Standard Ductile and Grey for a proposed lot split on the existing properties located at 6500 and 6600 W. Washington St. (Tax Key Numbers 439-0001-015 and 439-0001-016); and,
WHEREAS, National Survey and Engineering submitted a revised Certified Survey Map on behalf of Standard Ductile and Grey for property located at 6500 W. Washington St. (Standard Ductile and Grey); and,
WHEREAS, the proposed change only applies to that portion of Resolution No. R-2004-0125 dealing with Certified Survey Map No. 7426.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a portion of Resolution No. R-2004-0125 relative to Certified Survey Map No. 7426, 6500 W. Washington St. adopted by the Common Council of the City of West Allis be rescinded pursuant to the request of the property owner of the site, and the aforesaid Certified Survey Map be and is hereby placed on file. The portion of Resolution No. R-2004-0125 relative to 6600 W. Washington St. (6600 Washington, LLC) is not affected.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the revised Certified Survey Map for 6500 W. Washington St. (Standard Ductile and Grey) being a redivision of Parcels 1 and 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 7426, being a part of the Northeast ΒΌ, South...
