WHEREAS, United Mechanical, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

United Mechanical, Inc. - 2007 Project No. 4

for a complete turn-key project consisting of the design and installation of two (2) new, contractor supplied Burnham 805H hot water boilers to be installed at the City of West Allis Health Department, 7120 W. National Avenue in the City of West Allis

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
