Title

Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Technical Design Services, Inc. (TDS) for providing Telephone System Consulting Services for a total net sum of $20,000.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that TDS has been used in the past for providing telephone system consulting services for the City of West Allis and Milwaukee HIDTA; and,

WHEREAS, TDS is familiar with the City's telephone system layout; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of TDS be accepted; and,

WHEREAS, the Purchasing/Central Services Division of the Department of Administration & Finance has determined that based on prior experience with the City's telephone system and requirements, TDS will be more effective in providing it's services.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated September 2, 2010 submitted by TDS for furnishing Telephone System Consulting Services for a total net sum of $20,000.00 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid service.
