Title

An Ordinance to create Section 1.08(2)(d) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code to provide for change in due date for February payment of Manufactured/Mobile Home Community/Municipal Monthly Permit Fee.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Section 1.08(2)(d) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is hereby created to read as follows:

1.08                     TAX COLLECTION.

(2)                     Special Assessments, Special Charges and Other Taxes.

“(d)                     The due date for the payment of the Manufactured/Mobile Home Community/Municipal Monthly Permit Fee shall be the 10^th of the month following the month for which the monthly permit fee is due, except for the January payment, which shall be due on February 25 of each year.”

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
