Title

Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to sign a quotation from Environmental Systems, Inc. for software upgrades at Fire Stations #1 and #2 in an amount not to exceed $2,500.

Body

Whereas, Environmental Systems, Inc. is the provider of the HVAC control systems at Fire Stations #1, #2 #3 and the Administration building; and,  

Whereas, the current HVAC control system will not communicate with the control system that must be installed at Fire Station #3; and,

Whereas, appropriate staff in the Division of Building and Sign/Inventory Services have reviewed and recommended the quotation.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that up to $2,500 is hereby approved to be funded though the appropriate Public Works/Engineering Department account.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Director of Public Works/City Engineer be and is hereby authorized to purchase from Environmental Systems, Inc. the software upgrades and license.
