Title

Resolution relative to Amendment No. 1 (Retail Food Establishments) to the 2007 Agreement for Public Health Services with the Village of West Milwaukee.

Body

WHEREAS, Resolution No. R-2006-0377 was approved by the Common Council on December 19, 2006 for the 2007 Village of West Milwaukee Agreement for Public Health Services; and,

WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City and Village to amend this agreement to include acting as agent for the WDATCP for the licensing and inspection of retail food establishments.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the attached Amendment No. 1 for Retail Food Establishments agent services, be and is hereby approved.
