Title

Resolution relative to accepting  the proposal of Northern Sewer Equipment Co., Inc. for furnishing one (1) Sewer Jet Machine to the City of West Allis for a net sum of $99,050.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it duly advertised a request for proposal for one (1) sewer jet machine for the Public Works Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Northern Sewer Equipment Co, Inc. be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated April 29, 2004 submitted by Northern Sewer Equipment Co, Inc. for furnishing and delivering one (1) 2004 Sewer Equipment Co. of America Model 800-HPRTV sewer jet machine with television inspection system for a total net sum of $99,050.00 in accordance with City of West Allis RFP #842 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid equipment.
