Resolution to rescind Resolution R-2013-0280 and to approve the Certified Survey Map to consolidate property located at 11111 W. Lapham St. and 111** W. Mitchell St. to one lot of record for ABC Supply, an existing business, submitted by James Jendusa, d/b/a Jendusa Design and Engineering (Tax Key No. 448-9979-010 and 448-9979-011).

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of West Allis, on December 17, 2013, adopted Resolution No. R-2013-0280, approving a Certified Survey Map to consolidate property located at 11111 W. Lapham St. and 111** W. Mitchell St. to one lot of record for ABC Supply; and,
WHEREAS, the previous Certified Survey Map (Resolution No. R-2013-0280, adopted December 17, 2013) was not recorded with the Milwaukee County Register of Deeds within the 30-day deadline per Section 12.80(1)(d) of the Revised Municipal Code, making it necessary to rescind R-2013-0280 and resubmit the Certified Survey Map for approval under a new resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. R-2013-0280 adopted by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, Wisconsin, be rescinded pursuant to Section 12.80(1)(d) of the Revised Municipal Code and the aforesaid Certified Survey Map be and is hereby placed on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, that the Certified Survey Map of a parcel of land being Parcel 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 6641 and Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 6641, located in part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, be and the same is hereby adopted.
