WHEREAS, Globe Contractors, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

Globe Contractors, Inc. - 2014 Project No. 6

for the installation of sanitary sewer relay, building services and miscellaneous adjustments in:

South 76^th Street from North City Limits to West National Avenue

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
