WHEREAS, Karen Forrer d/b/a Masonry Restoration Inc./Rangeline Partners, submitted a Certified Survey Map to split and consolidate a currently undeveloped lot of record owned by the City of West Allis located at 96** W. Schlinger Ave. (416-9991-000) with the principal property located at 9522 W. Schlinger Ave. (416-9992-001).

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, that the Certified Survey Map being a part of unplatted lands located in the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 32, Town 7 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, be and the same is hereby adopted.
