WHEREAS, Tri-Corp Housing Inc. submitted a request for a Certified Survey Map for a property split to develop two single family residential lots on property located at 18** S. 65 St. (tax key number 454-0357-000).

BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis, Wisconsin, that the Certified Survey Map of a parcel of land being a division of the South 60 feet of Lots 23, 24, 25, 26 and the South 60 feet of the West 15 feet of Lot 27, all in block 11, Central Improvement Company's Subdivision No.7, located in the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 3, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, is hereby approved.
