A Resolution to create City of West Allis Policies and Procedures Manual Policy No. 2107 “Park Regulations & Permits”.

WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works has reviewed and approved a communication from the Director of Public Works/Engineering of the proposed City Park policy, permit application and associated fees on May 16, 2017;

WHEREAS, this policy of the Department of Public Works provides a uniform procedure and fee structure for the reservation and use of the designated City of West Allis Parks by the general public;

WHEREAS, the City recognizes the desirability of the improved City parks and encourages activities for patrons and their families;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Policy No. 2107, Park Regulations & Permits, be added to the City of West Allis Policies and Procedures Manual.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of said policies be distributed to all departments, divisions, and offices.
