Body

PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from M-1 Manufacturing District to RB-2 Residence District, to-wit:

A tract of land being located in the Southwest ΒΌ of Section 2, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, describes as follows:

Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Lot 36 in Block 8 of the Mc Geoch's Lincoln Avenue Addition; thence Westerly, 30.00 feet, to the centerline of South 56th Street; thence Northerly, 128.00 feet, along said centerline to the centerline of West Grant Street; thence Easterly, 314.00 feet, along said centerline, to the centerline of South 55th Street; thence Southerly, 203.00 feet; thence Westerly, 150.00 feet, to the east right-of-way line of the alley; thence Northerly, 75.00 feet, along said line, to the south line of said Lot 36, extended; thence Westerly, 134.00 feet along said line to the Point of Beginning.

Said area contains 1.1802 Acres, more or less.
