Resolution approving an amendment to the 2003 Community Development Block Grant Action Plan for the creation of a City of West Allis Health Department Handicap Accessibility Project with a budget not to exceed Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($6,500.00) appropriated by a reduction in the Community Development Block Grant 2003 Contingency Funds.

WHEREAS, a handicap accessibility project and the aforesaid project costs are eligible for Community Development Block Grant funds; and ,
WHEREAS, the project involves the installation of automatic doors to accommodate the needs of handicap and elderly visitors to the City of West Allis Health Department; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Development has recommended approval of the amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that an amendment is hereby approved to the 2003 Community Development Block Grant Action Plan for the creation of a City of West Allis Health Department Handicap Accessibility Project with a budget not to exceed Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($6,500.00) appropriated by a reduction in Community Development Block Grant 2003 Contingency Funds.
