WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for furnishing and installing the electrical work for the City of West Allis street lighting circuits F-1 and L-4, and that the bid received as shown on the attached bid report was reviewed and hereby recommends and deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of Pro Electric, Inc. for 2019 Project No. 2 be rejected;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of Pro Electric, Inc. for 2019 Project No. 2 be rejected for furnishing and installing the electrical work for the City of West Allis street lighting circuits F-1 and L-4 for the sum of Five Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Two Hundred Fifty-Six and 50/100 dollars ($599,256.50) be rejected.
