Resolution accepting work of Stark Asphalt, a division of Northwest Asphalt Products, Inc., for installation of a new concrete curb and gutter, concrete base patching, and major asphalt resurfacing of the pavement including the cracking and seating of the pavement with miscellaneous driveway and sidewalk repair, sanitary sewer repair and lining, storm sewer repair and utility adjustments in various locations in West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2008 Project No. 11.

WHEREAS, Stark Asphalt, a division of Northwest Asphalt Products, Inc., has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

for installation of a new concrete curb and gutter, concrete base patching, and major asphalt resurfacing of the pavement including the cracking and seating of the pavement with miscellaneous driveway and sidewalk repair, sanitary sewer repair and lining, storm sewer repair and utility adjustments in various locations in:
W. Theodore Trecker Way from S. 108th St. to S. 116th St.
S. 116th St. from 90' North of W. Theodore Trecker Way to W. Greenfield Ave.
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
